Patient Billing

After treatment, we will assist you by submitting a bill to your insurance company. Each month after treatment, you will receive a statement from our office, which will reflect the status of your account including payments we have received from your insurance company. Most insurances will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Although we do not offer “in house” financing, we can work with an outside financing company that may meet your needs. You may inquire with our front office staff.
